Adams Refrigeration was founded in 1947 in Phoenix, Arizona. Over the years we have seen the city grow tremendously. The city was able to grow and develop into what it is today because it had a good foundation to build on: people with insight to look to the future but still know that the real importance is the people of the present. Over the years, Adams Refrigeration has been able to continue to be a leader in our industry and our community because we also have a strong foundation. That foundation is built on honesty, integrity and professionalism. This is why we require 100% of our technicians and installers to be NATE certified, Master Heat Pump Technicians with both our field staff and our office staff regularly attending both Carrier University and local training courses. We believe that if you are properly prepared when your customers need you, you arrive at the customer’s home at the time that you say you are going to be there, conduct yourself in a professional manner, speak the truth, and sell only dependable products, then your trust and relationship will grow. This is why we have been a Carrier Factory Authorized dealer for so many years.
We are very proud of our record with the Better Business Bureau and the Registrar of Contractors. We provide service, repair, and installation for both residential and commercial customers. It does not matter if it is a large walk-in freezer at your business or your air conditioning system at your home, it is important to us. We have maintenance agreements available for our customers along with emergency service for after hours or on the weekends. If you need us we will be there for you.
