I can’t believe it might be true— could I have found an HVAC company that is responsive, fair-priced, AND highly competent? Based upon my experience with Adams Refrigeration so far, I feel this might actually be the case! I am even somewhat hesitant to post this review, for fear that they will get too busy— finding Adams feels a bit like winning the lottery. Ultimately, though, it seems better to highlight companies that are doing things right, when there are so many others that are not. Adams Refrigeration is highly recommended.

I had my AC Blower Motor not working so air was not circulating inside the home. I had another company/technician do the diagnostic and was charging way too much for the repair(only labor charges). I reached out to Adam's as they are Authorized dealer for Carrier(my HVAC unit manufacturer). They were able to schedule the appointment quickly and also gave a courtesy call letting me know when the technician will arrive. The technician came with the part(as I already explained the issue to them), ran a quick diagnostic to ensure it was same problem and was done within an hour. Very reasonable priced(I compared quotes from multiple companies) and also took care of the issue.

Thanks to the Adams team and Ethan for the AC install on 27th avenue and San Juan I thought I put a review out but I guess I forgot to but here it is I want to put a shout out to the Adams team thanks for all your support thanks for the new AC you guys did it in a timely matter I appreciate you guys I appreciate the emergency service that you guys provide as well thank you again I appreciate you all. And I forgot to see the AC works great 👍🏼😃 cannot figure out why I cannot put another posting but this post for the install was for August 2026 I'm going to put in another review for some reason it's not allowing me to put another one in for September for a contractor that messed up my AC unit doing the roof the shout out goes to Angel for coming out to the San Juan address seeing what my problem was with my AC unit considering it's not even a whole month old yet I appreciate you coming out after hours thanks for the emergency call send out and thanks for repairing the unit just want to make sure you get credit for it angel and I look forward to when you come out again I wish I could have put this out on its own review but for some reason Google is not allowing me to so I might as well come by and everything all together thanks again have a great night be safe

Adams Refrigeration has great customer service. They are efficient and they diagnose problems quickly, as well as coordinate repairs fast.
