I called for service or repair in the middle of June as my A/C stopped blowing could. Adams Refrigeration sent Ethan Madrid to my house to help. Ethan was very clean, polite and professional. Ethan found the problem and explained the issues to me in detain and then proceeded to repair the unit. Ethan was in and out of my house in two hours and the A/C is blowing ice cold again. Total Satisfaction !

I scheduled a 20 pt inspection for my air conditioner to make sure it’s ready for the summer. Ethan Madrid came out, and did a thorough, excellent job. He called beforehand, letting us know when he would be arriving, and even arrived earlier than expected! He was very knowledgeable, gave excellent advice regarding the best type of filter I should use for my unit. He thoroughly cleaned out my air conditioner coils, and checked all the components of my air conditioner. He told me about the different membership deals available, but wasn’t pushy at all. It was just a simple Cleaning and inspection for 69.95. The tech was very thorough, explained everything to me. Everything was fine, but even if it wasn’t,I’m still on the 10 year warranty which covers all labor and parts. I buy all my air conditioners from Adams, For both my home and my rental units.. Not only do I think they are the most fair and honest air-conditioning company to do business with. I think they’re just one of the best companies overall I’ve ever done business with. I highly recommend them.me
