I had my AC Blower Motor not working so air was not circulating inside the home. I had another company/technician do the diagnostic and was charging way too much for the repair(only labor charges). I reached out to Adam's as they are Authorized dealer for Carrier(my HVAC unit manufacturer). They were able to schedule the appointment quickly and also gave a courtesy call letting me know when the technician will arrive. The technician came with the part(as I already explained the issue to them), ran a quick diagnostic to ensure it was same problem and was done within an hour. Very reasonable priced(I compared quotes from multiple companies) and also took care of the issue.

And I forgot to see the AC works great 👍🏼😃 cannot figure out why I cannot put another posting but this post for the install was for August 2026 I'm going to put in another review for some reason it's not allowing me to put another one in for September for a contractor that messed up my AC unit doing the roof the shout out goes to Angel for coming out to the San Juan address seeing what my problem was with my AC unit considering it's not even a whole month old yet I appreciate you coming out after hours thanks for the emergency call send out and thanks for repairing the unit just want to make sure you get credit for it angel and I look forward to when you come out again I wish I could have put this out on its own review but for some reason Google is not allowing me to so I might as well come by and everything all together thanks again have a great night be safe

Do you work on downtown condos and lofts?

Yes. Many downtown Phoenix units have their own split system or a heat pump in a closet, with the condenser on the roof. We work with building management on roof access and service windows.

My bungalow is in the Roosevelt or Garfield historic district. Is a new condenser a problem?

Usually not, but the permit needs Historic Preservation Office sign-off when the work changes the exterior. Placing the unit at the side or rear, out of street view, keeps it straightforward.

Can you fix uneven cooling in an old house with added-on rooms?

Often. Additions are frequently tied into ducts that were never sized for them. We measure airflow room by room, then fix the ducts or add a mini split for the room that will not cool.

Can you work with my condo's building management?
