Was provided a 4-hour window and received a call about an hour before that window that a tech was on the away. Yeah! Appreciated the timeliness.

Two years ago I chose Adam’s Refrigeration and a 5 ton Carrier infinity unit. Awesome unit!! Halved our electric bill with a 22 SEER rating, Totally worth it. I got the service partner right (Adam’s), excellent people that care about the relationship which is rare nowadays. They come out twice a year for three years as included in the price and make sure your unit is ready for cooling or heating season. Every tech have been certified with Carrier and have great communication skills. Rex answers when I call and we have a great interaction and not rushed off the phone or connected to another extension. Kirby was my tech today and as a young professional, he impressed me with his ability to engage and build confidence in someone new to me. He put on booties, talk to my wife and provided his action plan before crawling into the attic. He provided a filter change that we had waiting and went over pictures of the unit levels inside and outside units. Because my wife was on a business call, he invited me outside to go over the findings which was all was good. He took time to answer questions I had about his professionalism and how impressive he is as a young communicator. Kirby, you have a bright future and we need young leaders in this world like you. Keep up the great work!

We have been using Adams Refrigeration since around 2015, and highly recommend this company. In particular, the service tech that we always ask for, is Jeremy Stevens. We can't say enough complementary things about him. He really knows his stuff and is a real asset to Adams. He is extremely through and is quite meticulous when he's out here on a service call. Whenever we have any questions, he takes the time to answer them. It's always easy to book an appointment with Adams, and they are always punctual.

Adams Refrigeration installed my system several years ago. I opted to purchase a maintenance agreement. Twice a year, my unit is serviced. The technicians have always been great. Although I don't look forward to the day the system needs to be replaced, I have no problem hiring them replace it simply on my past experiences since day one.

Forgot to register my Carrier unit for the 10 yr parts warranty, and I was beyond the 90 day window so only qualified for 5 yr warranty instead. Called the local company that installed it to see if they could do anything, but told me tough luck and to try reaching out to Carrier directly. Decided to try contacting a local Carrier Authorized Dealer instead as I was sure they deal with these issues all the time, and thankfully I found Adams Refrigeration. I worked with Charles, and he was able to find a way for me to still qualify and register for the 10 yr warranty. Appreciate him for taking the time to explain everything to me so I could still qualify. Have peace of mind now that I am covered for the next 10 years as AC parts are getting more and more expensive.
